Hey there i have recently been doing a certain way of walking and have put my own brand of style to it
to develop what is now known as "Chi force awareness breath walking" it is a combination of different styles of walking
as the name suggests you are using your breath for each organ of the body along with color and sounds of each organ .
Originally part of the walking style comes from Dao Zao the art of walking backwards
but i have developed it further with the use of isometrics and chi flow that helps strengthen the body inside and out
this is done in a very slow and dilliberate manner
The benifits of such walking when done in the correct manner as taught by me is one of overall fitness , strength building and
fat loss . Also improvement in breathing as it gives great strength to the lungs .
